Full Body Circuit Class

A full body exercise using a variety of equipment and gadgets: Dumbbells, Medicine Balls, Inertia Wave Battling Rope, Ladder Drills and Steppers. Beginner or advanced, everyone is welcome! (Location at RTBA Classroom Facility). No RTBA membership required for this class!

Weight Training
An exercise class that familiarizes you with the different types of machines and free weights. You will learn proper form, how to set up the machine, AND get a workout along with it. Every week will be a new learning experience. All levels of experience are welcome! (Location at RTBA Gym). Class included with membership!

CROSS TRAINING
Minute-interval cardio and weight training. This class is an all-around muscle-hitting group that will get your heart racing. (Location at RTBA Classroom Facility). Class included with membership!
